My quick rating - 4,1/10. Well, it wasn't horrible, just was typical. The action all takes place on a sub. Problem is someone(Van Damme) is being framed for stealing some very important thing (since it really isn't pointed out what exactly???) and now the CIA have him on a submerged prison. So he must escape and foil the plans. The whole movie is poorly written, the acting is terrible, and nobody seemed to really be into this movie. Including me. A scene here and there, and some nostalgia is about all this is worth, but age does catch up with you. Pass on it unless a huge Van Damme fan, and Lundgren, just fyi/spoiler isn't much of an impact as another prisoner that helps (for 5 minutes, tops).
