My quick rating - 4,8/10. This movie is the definition of "average". There is nothing inherently wrong with it, nor is there anything good about it. This is just a typical search for a missing kid, find out family is visited by aliens. There really isn't more to it. The effects work fine and the aliens do look interesting enough for a low budget flick. The acting is passable and the story is cookie cutter. In other words, average. If it is on, and you like sci fi, fine. But there is nothing new or exciting to bring to the X-Files world in this. Speaking of, it would've been a passable episode for the show. Although, their episodes were far better than this.
