Notes
My quick rating 4,5/10. If you remember what a STV movie is, this is it. Quick lesson Straight to Video. Back in the day, movies were just good enough to be made for video, not for the theater, were STV. This is just that. So that action is ok, for that, along with just about every aspect. Average. I am a fan of Michael Jai White which is about the only reason this movie isn't lower. Seems the worlds most dangerous mercenary is out to get the recently apprehended MJW or Scorpion, and goes after him in custody of the Seattle SwaT department. So the question is should the SWAT protect this man, or turn him over to save their own lives. I am sure you can guess the answer. Sprinkle in a poorly hidden "twist" on a mole in the department, and a lot of shooting that does little damage, and you have this movie. Short and to the point. Since I said average, it should be a 5 but since it has to lose points for an ending (no spoiler) that uses fake fireworks, yes, i swear, it is a screensaver for fireworks that is supposed to be overhead in the background. That is not excuseable. Not straight to video, not ever. Free, on cable, and bored, you'll be fine, but beyond that, don't bother.
