My quick rating - 7,0/10. I had never seen this one, but this is a very well made and acted story about a new suburb and what happens when the majority of its population is around 15 years old. The fact it is based on a trued story about teen rebellion is not surprising in the slightest, and I would expect the same thing would happen now just as it did in 1979. Dillon does a really nice job as one the main "punks" in this one but all the kids were quite good.
