Sanctuary follows the adventures of the beautiful, enigmatic and always surprising Dr. Helen Magnus, a brilliant scientist who holds the secrets of a clandestine population - a group of strange and sometimes terrifying beings that hide among humans. Along with her new recruit, forensic psychiatrist Dr. Will Zimmerman, her quirky tech wiz Henry and her fearless daughter Ashley, Magnus seeks to protect this threatened phenomena as well as unlock the mysteries behind their existence.

During an attempt by the creator of the suit to get the suit back, it latches onto Kate, who runs away to use it for her own purposes. Magnus turns to Walter to help get the suit, and Kate, back before the creator does.
While Magnus and Nikola Tesla are busy experimenting with the holographic map Henry and Will go to England to investigate werewolf sightings.
Another abnormal rendezvous goes awry, this time in a way no one could have ever seen coming.
With an old foe of Helen's in need of lifesaving treatment, Will learns more about the Five than he ever imagined could be true.
With Helen growing sicker by the day, Will must make some tough decisions; first about Adam, then about finding the real puppet master behind Father Jensen's death.
