Detective Vega gets help from Dash, a precog who can see murders before they happen. After seeing the death of a politician's wife, the two work together while trying to protect Dash's secret.

Dash and Vega combine their efforts to track down a killer who is in a state of heartbreak. Dash also continues to try and get in touch with his siblings.

Vega wants Dash to be the analyst for Hawk-Eye, a new police program monitoring suspicious behavior; Dash and Vega wonder what Arthur's plans are.

Dash goes undercover to catch a woman suspected of having a vendetta against her sister's killers. Meanwhile, Agatha begins to set her own plans in motion.

When Dash and Vega figure out Vega is the victim in Dash's vision, they join forces with someone who played a giant part in the death of Vega's father; Arthur delves into his and his siblings' memories.

Dash and Arthur think a young, sick girl living in a community that eschews the use of modern technology is in danger.

Things don't go as planned when Dash tries to investigate a murder on his own, forcing Vega to seek Arthur's help; personal details of the past are revealed.

Dash and Vega are faced with distrust from the community when they follow a vision to the Southside; Blake's suspicions intensify.

Upon learning the Defense Intelligence Agency is on the trail of the precogs, Black withholds pertinent information and Arthur decides to take matters into his own hands to rescue them.

Vega and the precogs must thwart a chemical attack by Memento Mori; Blomfeld wants the precogs back in the milk bath.
